SHADOW REDEMPTION

Shadow Redemption is a stealth horror game developed in Unreal Engine 5 for a college-hosted Game Jam. The theme of the jam was "Roles Are Reversed," and our game flips the traditional horror experience on its head.

Instead of playing as a human trying to escape ghosts, you play as the ghost, and humans are the ones you must fear.

Your goal is to rescue your lost child while avoiding human patrols that can detect and attack you. To survive, you must carefully use your Shadow Phase ability, allowing you to become invisible for a short duration and sneak past enemies. However, the ability has a cooldown, so timing and strategy are essential.

Can you outsmart the humans and reunite with your child?

Using your Shadow Phase ability, you must avoid detection, outsmart human patrols, and survive long enough to complete your mission.
